MotoGp2010 by Digital Bridges Limited t/a I-play

MotoGp 2010 by Digital Bridges Limited t/a I-play is a motorcycle racing game for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, it gives you the power to win all the gold, but is it worth it? I'm not really big into motorcycle racing but this game kind of caught my  interest. You can play with seventeen different riders from the 2010 season of MotoGp. Each rider has a profile when selecting a bike, in this profile it displays their picture, home or team country, and birth date, and the capabilities of their motorcycle. The motorcycles are rated on Top Speed, Acceleration, Brakes, Boost Power, and Boost Time.

There are 18 official tracks you can play on from this 2010 MotoGp season, all the specs for the tracks are displayed in the selection menu of the circuit. In actual game play you have three levels of difficulty rookie, professional and legend, the number of laps can also be determined.  Prior to the start of the race beginning bike positions will be shown and you will have a tree countdown to the start of the race. Acceleration is automated so you don't have to worry about constantly pressing down on a button, you simply tilt left or right to steer the bike. To slow down you use the brake button located on the bottom left side of the screen and for boost press the area on the right side of the screen where it is designated.

I like how simple this game is but there is little realism to it, if done right you can boost your way through each course. A nice standard feature for these type of games you can play music from your itunes. The graphics is good on the the main menus, but actual game play needs improvements. MotoGp2010 gets a 3 out of 5.
