Fruit Ninja by Half Brick
Fruit Ninja is a very cool interactive game application for the iphone, ipod and ipad. In Fruit Ninja the player wields a sword or knife, to execute furious slashes to dice and slice delicious fruit. Sensei knows a lot about fruit, as soon as you finish playing a round he leaves you with a word for thought. On to the actual game play you have several different modes to choose from classic, Zen and a coming soon. In classic you have lives or chances to keep one fruit from falling without getting sliced; the trick is not to hit the flying bombs. In Zen mode it does not matter how many fruit fall, but how many fruit you strike within the limited time. After each round of play in Fruit Ninja, you are able to log or post your high score. Out in the dojo area of Fruit Ninja the player is able to change swords or knives and backgrounds after earning them. The performance of Fruit Ninja is very smooth, only one tap capability though, and there is no difficulty to set. Loading time is not very fast but is manageable, Fruit Ninja has not crashed on me once, and it is very entertaining and I highly recommend it.
